Alex Kelly, a Network Engagement and Communications Specialist from Echotango has done some very solid work with Wilurarra's communications systems, strategic community development and organisational advocacy training. Alex has worked previously with Big hART and the Australian Greens Party Leader's Office.

Hetti Perkins (Art Gallery of NSW), Carolyn Christov-Bakargiev ( dOCUMENTA  ) Cesare and Pinky, spent the afternoon being hosted by Wilurarra Creative, and each contributed painting works and ideas to the Wiltja Quiltja project. The discussion was lively and the mood was relaxed, good times.
Ms Fielding is the Community Development Coordinator for the Shire of Ngaanyatjarra. Kate and the community development team do a huge amount of hard work to keep the centre running smoothly and to develop successful programs like the salon, and the communications day where people learn blogging, illustration and comic illustration..

Lucy Brown, Vice President of redheadevents has been doing great work with Wilurarra Creative over the past few months as a producer for our up-coming publication with DCA, and with salon logistics. With help from her Good friend Teresa Wilurarra has been an exciting place to be Lucy and Teresa have helped thursday become Kunga (ladies) only days in the studio and Bush trips for the guys Congratulations Lucy, on your exciting new job at Kulcha in Fremantle.
Snr Sergeant Gordon states "I have noticed that there are specific youth at risk and repeat offenders that have gone from offending, into the Wilurarra Creative Youth Diversion program and whose offending has been greatly reduced. These young people are now positive and active members of the community." Neil has started a new posting in the Kimberly, and his work is missed around Warburton community. Thanks Neil!
